Dragon's Breath Margarita
This vibrant margarita variation offers a delicious Cutwater Blanco base, kicking off Cutwater Tequila Season with mouthwatering flavors of dragon fruit, strawberry, and lime with a kick!

Instructions
- First, muddle two strawberries into the bottom of a cocktail shaker.
- Then, add 1 ounce of fresh squeezed lime juice.
- Next, add 1/2 ounce of pink dragonfruit puree followed by 3/4 ounce of agave nectar.
- Add 1-3 dashes of Serrano bitters. (1 dash is mild – 3 dashes starts to get spicy!)
- Finally, add 2 ounces of Cutwater Tequila Blanco.
- With all ingredients incorporated into the shaker tin add ice into the tin and ice into a rocks glass with ¼ of its rim salted with black volcano salt.
- Close the cocktail shaker and shake for 10 seconds.
- Strain the cocktail into the salted rocks glass and garnish with a thin slice of white (or pink) dragonfruit.
- Enjoy!
